Insomnia

I'm 26 weeks 1 day and have a terrible time sleeping at night. I finally fall asleep and then my little guy starts moving like crazy, so I'm  up again due to the discomfort. Uncomfortable and kind find a comfortable position. Sleeping with a body pillow helps but not all the time.  I have to sleep with the window open because sometimes I feel like I can't  breathe. My boyfriend freezes his butt off. Lol.  Are their any other tips, tricks, or advice you ladies have.

Im 19 weeks and sleeping is almost non existent at night for me due to comfort issues and baby's metabolism kicking in and making me be wide awake!! I take naps during the day when I'm not working just to try to catch up on rest!! Nap when u can make sure your getting rest! I take showers at night now which helps me relax as well.

I didn't feel the baby move til about 18 weeks. But everyone is different. Yea I as well sleep better during the daytime. I wake up super early due to him moving and me starving lol and then I take a long nap during the day.

I have horrible time sleeping too. I'm 14 weeks. I don't feel the baby move yet but I have horrible night sweats and wake up at the slightest noise. It's much easier to sleep during the day for some reason. I take long naps and usually go to bed really early because I'm up and down all night having to pee or getting too hot or thirsty or just uncomfortable. I'm planning to ask the doctor about a sleep aid I can take. I know on my medicinal list they gave me I can take benadryl. That usually knocks me out but I'm afraid to take it more than once or twice a month due to dependency. My mother has taken it every night for years. She can't sleep without her benadryl lol
