Irrational thoughts

anyone else having irrational thoughts? I'm 26yrs old, ftm, and 13weeks - I had my last scan at 12 weeks and saw the heart beat and everything looked fine - but I can't help but hold my breath until the next scan.. Why do I feel like the baby will stop growing? Is this normal to fear?

Same here too. Even my husband agreed at our 20 week scan it was complete relief just to see all was well with our little one. I was particularly worried as I wasn't showing and hadn't felt any movement but it just reassured me every pregnancy is different. It's totally normal worry but do try and relax and enjoy having your wee bundle tucked up safely inside you x

I'm  there with you. I'm  26week ftm and if I don't  feel in kick  every few hours I start thinking way too much. I will say it has been easy since I started to feel him move tho.

Like kcd, I feel this way and I'm pregnant with my second. I'm 26 weeks, feel her move everyday and still terrified something will go wrong!

I feel the same exact way and this is my 2nd little one! I didn't have this much anxiety with my first at all. You're not alone. Just try to relax, and take it easy. Don't stress yourself out, it's not good for you or baby

I was the same way! Every doctor appt I had I was SURE they were going to tell me that they had made a mistake, there was no baby. It'll go away soon! Just try and be positive, babies can feel our anxiety and worry!
