It's my birthday and I'll cry if I want too....

So today is supposed to be a happy day. I am another year older and just 2.5 weeks away from my due date with my first baby with my most amazing boyfriend. However it seems I can't stop crying. I am miserable. I can't walk I can't drive I can't sleep I throw up almost everything I eat laying down isn't even an option at this point and to top it all off I ad contractions for 48 hours 12 minutes apart and didn't dilate at all. My Dr did a sweep and the contractions stopped. Seriously. All I want for my birthday is to have this baby and to be able to walk again! Ugh. I have been saying for months I was just not cut out for this and the farther along I get the more I realize how true that really is.

Today is my birthday too and we got to bring home our baby girl today! Best birthday gift ever!! I know how you feel being that far along is miserable and hopefully your delivery day will be here soon!! Hang in there mama!

Happy birthday Rachel! My day got a lot better thank goodness. My boyfriend is the most amazing man ever and I couldn't be any more lucky to have him and my daughter is going to have thr best daddy ever! He surprised me with a dozen pink roses (for baby girl) and an hr amd a half prenatal massage and a facial followed up with a manicure and spa pedicure! Then my mom cooked us dinner of cheesey chicken tacos and we hung out at her house for the evening. It was perfect and I feel a lot better!

Thanks for all the support ladies. I am an emotional mess these days!

Awe, I'm so sorry you feel so bad and that your contractions have stopped! Hopefully, things will be looking up very soon!
With my first, I also had a birthday almost exactly two weeks before my due date. I never went into labor before my csection (at 39.5 weeks), bit I remember how emotional it was to actually turn a year older before having the baby.  Not to mention, the new prince was born right  on birthday & that's all anyone could talk about. & I was still VERY pregnant! Hang in there. You are so close!

Just think it will soon b over And u will have ur amazing baby with u! i know its hard at the moment to feel happy but once its all over it will b worth every single second!!
