If you haven't started cramping and bleeding you will. Sometimes even pass a large blood clot. You may bleed heavy at first and then like a period. Pay attention that you don't bleed to much. Sometimes your body can't pass everything and you may need a D&C at hospital. Sorry for your loss
:( That is awful, Im sorry for your loss.
I think that if you aren't going to go back, that you should make sure you have someone with you to make sure you get through it health wise, and emotionally.
So sorry to hear that,
I had this last year, i went for my 12 week scan & the baby had stopped growing at 7 weeks, I did not bleed at all but all my symptoms had gone long b4 I had my scan.
I had a d&c witch is when they put u 2 sleep & remove what they need to. They did say I could wait to pass it naturally, but I couldt c this happening as I had gone 5 weeks already since it had stopped growing.
U need to go back sweet, call someone to go with u as I'm sure ur mind is all over the place right now :( talk with the nurses there to discuss what u need to do next. So so sorry for ur loss x
