Just try to eat small meals or 3 meals and 2 snacks in between. You don't have to eat a lot but make the calories count and be good for you. Good luck

When i loose my appetite i find stuff to keep me bussy and by the end of the day i want to eat everything i see!
Aslo. Try and stay away from foods that dont smell good bc you will loose your appetite for a while bc of smells.
