Lunch meat

I've read the list of foods you can't have and what one website says you can't eat the other says is a myth or to just eat in moderation. What do you think about the cold lunch meat restriction, do you not eat it at all? I know lysteria is a real thing but that can be found in almost all foods if not handled right.

If you're ever not sure about lunch meat, you can just heat the meat up before eating it. For me, it's not the same, but close enough to satisfy my sandwich cravings.

I personally say to each their own. I'm 37 weeks and have had a very healthy and successful pregnancy. My baby is perfectly healthy and I've eaten lunch meat and even drink coffee and soda. Eat what you think is right for your pregnancy.

Lunch meat is fine it's deli meat you have to watch for, I read the same thing and refused to eat a ham sandwich my mom made me and she looked at me like I was completely crazy and explained the deli meat. If you go for lunch meat at stores go for name brands and I usually do the ones that say honey roasted or something in that sense
