Maternity pillow????

Im only 2 months but I'm experiencing severe back pain between my shoulder blades. Ive tried to have my fiancé massage the knots out but either it isnt working or he isn't a very good masuse. Has anyone tried the leachco body pillow? It looks like it may work but I dont really wanna spend the $70 if it doesn't.

I have a dreamgeni from mothercare and so far haven't had a sleepless night at 37 weeks. Pregnancy pillows are so worth it :)

I have that leachco pillow and I looooooooooove it! I'm 23 weeks 5 days now and for the past few weeks it's helped me sleep so much better. It's big, so at first my hubby had to get used to less bed room lol. To me the cost was worth it. It's so fluffy and perfect and really helped with my achey back and legs.

Hedem,  at this early point in your pregnancy,  pain between your shoulder blades is unlikely due to muscular fatigue.

This article mentions heartburn and reflux as being possibly the culprit.  Have you tried tums and water as this article suggests?

$10 body pillow at target.  Works great! Also, try a chiropractor... he helped alleviate some of my lower back pain at 33 weeks.  I have heard too that upper back pain in pregnancy is stress related.., try a calming prenatal yoga class.  The stretching helps as does the breathing.
