This is my first time pregnant and am in my 11th week. I have been very nasuseus basically throughout. I used to run but gave that up about 11 weeks ago. With the vomiting there is this product called Nuun that has really helped me, it's supposed to help hydrate you after long run but I find the fuzziness in it helps a lot. It's sold at Sportchek, about 75 cents a tablet but worth it for me. Feel better!

Pretzels, toast and Gatorade got me through the 1st trimester for this pregnancy!  I also got some nausea pills from my doctor that helped a lot!  If you're throwing up a lot you may be dehydrated.  That happened to me with my 1st and it made me feel terrible!!  I went to ER and needed 3 bags of fluid!  I felt amazing after that (still nauseous but 100 times better) maybe go to hospital for some fluids and see if that helps!  Good luck!  That 1st trimester is no fun!

It's difficult to say what really helps I've had same problem. I went to ER 2x n less than a month. Dr pulled me off work and I'm on 3 different meds to keep food down. It's a lot better than before but u still vomit sometimes. I have good days and bad days. I'm 13 weeks now. If it persists and you can't hold down water go to ER.
