Happened to me too - so horrible and also frustrating cos you have to brush your teeth all over again after throwing up! It eased off around 14 weeks but now at 34 its starting to come back! Good luck, I switched to an electric toothbrush and it seemed to help a little..
Lol thanks ladies for the info will try out new things so the Evil Toothbrush will leave me alone haha!
This never happened to me but I find it hilarious how u worded it lol
I had the same issue until about 16/17w. And it wasn't just gagging. I would full blown throw up in the sink. Every single morning. It got to the point where I would brush my teeth as soon as I woke up just so my stomach was empty and I only had stomach acid to throw up. Nothing helped me. It was just one of those annoying pregnancy things
My dentist said brush with water. Then you can rub toothpaste on your teeth when you are done. It's really only needed for the fluoride.
I'm The same way I don't look forward to brushing my teeth because it makes me gag and throw up.
Yeah, I had that problem too, I changed the flavor of toothpaste too and it helped.
Try drinking a soda before you brush your teeth and change your toothpaste. Something without flavor or mint. I had the same problem but it has subsided since I made those changes.
i had the same problem!
it got a little better when i got a sonicare tooth brush - it still gets your teeth clean without tooth paste
i have to spit 6 times at least while brushing
