I'm 33 weeks with number 3 my older kids are almost 4 and almost 2. In the beginning I had to eat first thing in the morning usually white toast with butter and cinnamon sugar with water after I ate had to sit and let my stomach settle. Then I had to just eat small meals as they day went on bland is best. As far as taking care of my children honestly they had lots of screen time but luckily play pretty well together. So they played alone alot when I didn't feel well.
Start with just small sips when u get up in the morning as a warm up for your stomach. Then throughout the day, eat small bits n pieces of what u feel u can keep down. Try chicken noodle soup. And the more common drinks for nausea-ginger ale, Sprite. But remember small sips n small slow portions. Hope u feel better.
That's interesting! I can't stand sour things.. but I do love juicy fruit like oranges right now. Although last week I ate 2 whole oranges and almost puked them all out
Only thing that settled my stomach and nausea when I was pregnant was lemonade. Sour/tart things seemed to help.
Yeah I cant even drink water. Apple juice helps the most for me
Im 12 weeks and still nauseous. I use childrens nausea medicine but my stomach settles if i drink orange juice, woerd i know
