To combat rubella, your body uses up loads of vitamin A, as well as C. If you are very deficient while pregnant, this is when problems can start to occur for a developing foetus as they are missing some vital building blocks for development. In normal pregnancy, mums are warned off high doses of vitamin C and A as they can cause problems if someone is too high in them, but yours is NOT normal and with rubella your stores will be extra low so get some of these supplements (make sure vitamin A is plant derived, not from liver/animals) and load up on them, 3 times a day for 2 weeks at the very least. I'm not a naturopath, so it would be better to see one for correct dose, but I would go out and buy them today and at least start to build up your stores!

It sounds like a scary place to be in, sending love and prayers your way :(
