Normal pregnancy after failed tubal ligation

Good morning
I am a new subscriber.  I am over 35. I had my tubes tied almost five years ago after the birth of my second child.  Feb 02 I became pregnant and my ob said my tubes grew back together. In March 02 I miscarried.  I am not currently on birth control and have not been since the miscarriage. I am writing to find out if anyone has had this experience and if anyone has had a normal pregnancy after this type of experience.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi i had my tubes cut and burn 14 yrs ago.. Could there be a chance am pregnant,i haven't had a pried in 6 weeks on Dec.7 well be two mo.can there be a chance i could be.i feel nausea,breast tenders, gain 10lbs. I am scheduled to meet with a doctor after missing my period. I had my tubes tied in 2010 during my cesarean section. I'm scared because this will be baby #6 for us. If i am pregnant I just want to be safe and I want our baby to be healthy. I'm also mad because I took steps to avoid this, but here we are. My husbands proud of his men....I just want to smack him.

I'm 43yrs old my tubes has been stapled in 1998/99 so its been over 15-16yrs ago my Fiance n I want To have baby but don't know if it will take if I got them reversed. Anyone has a similar situation? please tell if so.

I am 5 days late on my period my breast are swollen, I took a home test after being 3 days late and it was negative. I hope more than anything to be carrying my husbands child.

I'm 36 i have 5 children 19 18 15 13 and 11. i had a tubal done in 2001 after the birth of my youngest child. i believe i might be pregnant since my cycle is now a week late. i refuse to be tested because i am afraid i might be. I really don't think i can start over. i told my husband he says not to stress wait until i  get tested am scared i know am acting childish.when should i get tested should i wait a little longer.

hia im so glad im not on my own in regreting having a tubal but my ex husbsnd basicaly bullied me into it after out last child whose now 18 then i went on to divorce and meet the most amazing man ever who has no kids it left a hole in my heart bigger than anyone cud imagine..but now i am one week late having cramping backache heartburn and hungry all the time lol but i refuse to belive i am that lucky and a miracle has happened i just can bring myself to do a test so going thru a very emotional time now

I'm 26 years old and I got my tubes tied 5 years ago after my c section with mg daughter. But as of today I'm a week late and I have all the symptoms of being pregnant. I went to the doctor and took a test but it came back negative. So she told me to come back in two weeks to get mg test done over...I'm so mixed up right now. Can I really be pregnant.

Well i had five kids my last pregnancy was twins i ask my doctor to tie my tubes he did and it's been 11yrs and i pray mines come back a loose bc my husband want one more:-)

Hello...I am 27 years old, and have three small children.  My youngest is 6 months old.  After I had her, I had a tubal ligation.  I am currently late on my period and after reading all of this, I believe it is possible for me to be pregnant.  I had light spotting for one day last week but that is it.  And since my last pregnancy, I have always had my period on time, and it was always heavy.  I haven't told my husband yet.  I am kind of scared that if I am pregnant, that it will just end up being either an egtopic pregnancy or end in misscariage.  But I do know, that this eveing I am going to buy a test and find out.

This also happened to me in 05 I had my tubes tied and in 09 I became pregnant but I ended up having a miscarriage and the dr. told me they couldn't tell if my tubes were still tied or not and I am just wondering if this could happen to me again?

In October 2011, i had 2 procedures, sterilisation and endo ablation. Just these last few weeks, i have had really sore boobs, which seem to have grown, i also feel i have gained some weight, i'm crapping myself, it would split me and my fella up if i was pregnant.

Hi all! I had my tubes cut and burned in November 1999. On May 04,2010 I gave birth to a wonderful, healthy and beautiful baby girl. I DID NOT have a reversal.... It just happened. I was stunned then; but elated now. BUT I had my tubes removed this go around! lol

I had my tubes tied in 2005 when i had my daughter (i have 2 boys too). Since i divorced my 1st husband and now I am with a wonderful man... Last thursday I took a digital hpt and it came out positive, then took 4 more and they came out neg. Funny thing I have many of the symptoms (my hairs has grown alot in the past month friends and fam are noticing) I would love another baby but im only 3 days late and i think i should wait a little longer to go to the doctor. I "supposedly" had my tubes tied in August 2010 after my first child was born in July 2010. In August 2011 I discovered I was pregnant! So much for that! I am 33 weeks and can't wait for it to be over. I have awful pregnancies!!! This one is identical to the last. I am having my tubes removed after this baby is born and am considering a lawsuit against the doctor who performed my last surgery! I personally think that we should be thankful for what we have and not keep asking for more and more. I do not understand people who just keep wanting more babies. Give your love to the ones you have and be thankful that they are healthy, besides this world isn't a good place to bring such Angels. Again... My personal thoughts.

First, I would like to say, I pray for everyone who has wanted to become pregnant has had the blessing to have another. I am 31, had my tubal 7 years ago.I took a home pregnancy test and was positive. A little less then 2 weeks before taking this test I had horrible bleeding with clotting and sore breast. About a week and half later I took a test because my breast were swollen. I took the test and to my surprise, positive.... I was advised to go to the ER to make sure I was pregnant and if I was everything was ok. So, I went a few days later...Everythng was normal, no HCG levels. My OB states he believes I was pregnant and had a miscarriage. Now, tomorrow I am doing a fluoroscopy Hsg test to see if I have an opening in my tubes. I pray that I do and am able to have another baby. I regret having my tubal ligation done at 23. Eveyone reading please wish and pray for me.

Hello i got my tubes cut and tied i feel cramps but my period isnt due for couple of week my breast are tender i feel nauseous could i be showing early signs of pregnancy!
