Nose issues

Anyone having a hard time with dry or bleeding nose?
I've had issues with my sinuses my whole pregnancy and have been using hydra sense mist which helps, but lately its been so dry and now I'm getting nose bleeding. Its not major but just when I blow my nose there's blood in the tissue.
Any suggestions to help?
I try using vasaline or polysporen to lubricate but I just end up sneezing and it all comes out!!  So annoying...
I'm even getting that funny twitching sensation like when your eye feels like its twitching so bad you think everyone in the room is watching it lol only its twitching in my nose. Its driving me nuts!!

I haven't but I've read about it. I actually have the opposite problem with this pregnancy. My nose hasn't stopped running since I got pregnant!  So anyhow i read pregnancy can really mess with your sinuses and if you're experiencing nose bleeds to try running a humidifier. You can buy pretty cheap small ones at walmart. My last baby had a lot of sinus problems when she was first born and we were able to get one that sits right on the night stand foe under $20.

I been like that for weeks I have to clean my nose all day long and it's always bloody I sleep with my window open to get air and always thirsty
