Am I allowed to eat like peanuts and walnuts and all nuts basically. My husband says he doesn't think I'm supposed to but I wasn't sure because my Dr. didn't say anything about it

If your baby ends up being allergic to anything it won't be until after gestation.  As long as you aren't allergic it's 100% safe?

Nuts are super healthy while pregnant:) I don't buy into the thing they say that if you eat but whole pregnant is cases allergies for the baby. That doesn't make sense in anyway.

I have never heard about not eating nuts when pregnant. I ate them with 1st pregnancy, and 18 yrs later I am eating them with this pregnancy! I ate a whole bunch roasted  chestnuts the other day!
They are loaded with nutrients, good fats, and protein.
