Pain, swollen, and just miserable

I am 32 weeks pregnant with twins and these last few weeks have been awful and I know will not getting any better. I am in so much all the time.. Anytime I move my pelvic bones feel like they are breaking, and the pressure is awful and of course I have horrible back pain. But anytime I lay down I'm so uncomfortable. My hands and feet are so swollen it hurts to walk.. I drink lots of water and put them up as much as possible.  And I've been having Braxton hicks contractions like crazy the past week and half, they aren't super painful, just uncomfortable and cramping. I have 4 weeks left till my scheduled c section, and i have no idea how I'm going to make it. Anybody else feel this way or any tips to relieve aches and pains?

In bed,I use a small pillow between my legs, one under my stomach, head, and one behind my back. It helps some. I'm 37 weeks, and yes, I am miserable too.

Warm baths help me. You're in the last stretch Momma! You can do it!

Ice packs... It doesn't help :( sometimes I'll take a hot/warm shower and just let the water run on me for a little bit and that does help a little.

Have you tried ice packs or heating pads to try and relieve some of the pain
