I have such a hard time sleeping well.. (38.5 weeks) and have had a hard time for about 2 ish months... The thing that helps even just a little is benadryl. It makes me pretty sleepy and I don't wake up quite as often. If I don't take it I'm up between every half hour to every hour and a half. It can be because I have too pee, heartburn so I get up for a quick glass of milk, restless leg issues so I get up and walk around for a min, or my brain just won't shut off. With taking too he benadryl I can sleep 3 hours at a time and it's such a blessing. Good luck mama.

Ha! I'm 39 weeks & "peaceful" or "restful" sleep are myths for me! Have been for weeks! The best I can do is tuck a pillow under my back & my body pillow between my knees & tucked under my tummy.

Lol im 30weeks and some days i fly out of bed like im not even prego..other days i groan like a deing pig.. I pull myself to sit up then get legs over the side of the bed..catch my breathe then slide off.. 10 weeks left to go.. The peaceful sleep part happens mostly in the daytime..
At nights he seem to move to whatever side i lay on and then i have to switch sides and he does this several times til i just fall asleep lol
