Peeing blood at 26+weeks anyone else had this?

Good evening ladies, I'm 26+weeks pregnant.

Currently an impatient in the maternity hospital I was admitted yesterday.
I've a bad kidney infection and there is alot of blood in my urine.
So much so my urine is dark brown like tea/coke because of the blood.

Has anyone else experienced this_??

Thanks
