Placenta Previa anyone?

Hi All, just wondering has anyone experience of this condition. My Ob told me this week I have it, I'm 20 weeks so I'm hopeful it will move, he scared me though!!

I had placenta previa as well and it did move thank God! But i ended up having an emergency c section due to my baby Heart rate kept dropping because his cord was wrapped around his neck ...good luck to you... I pray that I have a Vbac with my current pregnancy...

With my first pregnancy I found out at around 25 weeks that I had it after some bleeding. Really scared me initially. By 37 weeks the placenta was still covering my cervix so I had a c-section. I was upset that I didn't have a choice of a vaginal birth at the time but the c-section was easy with no complications- 20 mins! And I had a good recovery. I'm now 21 weeks with second pregnancy with no problems but will have to make a choice to go vbac or c-sec again. My OB would prefer c-section bc he says less risks with bubba. I will have to do some of my own research too!  Good luck
