Pregnancy and excercise

Hello ladies. I found out I was pregnant when I was 5 weeks. Prior to that I was doing Focus T25 everyday except Sundays.  Well my doctor placed me on bed rest due to a subchorionic bleed and finally lifted me off of it. My question is: can I go back to exercising of course not as rigorous as before but perhaps follow the lower impact ones? Any suggestions would be helpful I am not trying to gain too much weight.

I'm 30 weeks n still continuing with my heavy weight lifting program since I've been doing it 2 years b4 i became pregnant. No complications.. but since u had complications n were on bed rest I would consult ur doc first n then start very slow less then a beginners n test ur body first. N built urself again but listen to ur body 1st. The problem is that since u already know the level u were b4 ur gonna want push urself n it's gonna be hard for u to accept that u have to start as a beginner.

Since you had a problem already consult with your dr. Generally exercise is considered safe but see what s/he says as far as what exercises are safe for you after having the issue you had.
