Pregnant bleeding and worried

I'm 6 weeks 6 days pregnant and for the past few days I've been bleeding at first it was pinkish then brown then a dark red also I've been having stomach pains and vomiting is this signs of a miscarriage

I'm sorry Hon. :( it could be what 50% of women go through, a threatened miscarriage (which I had and sounds scarier than it is), could be a blood clot. Could be a cyst causing issues. Many of these can be taken care of and won't jeopardize the baby. Without knowledge, you cant help your baby or yourself. Be honest about the fight when you go so they can be sure you and the baby are ok.

I recently got into a physical altercation I didn't want to fight but I had to protect myself the day after the bleeding and pains started I didn't get hit in or around  my stomach well not that I can recall and I've been under a huge amount of stress as well I know I need to go just scared what if I damaged something inside me I already only have 1 damaged fallopian tube what if it's messed up completely and I can't have anymore kids at all then this is something I have to go thru alone don't really have friends and not close to my family I'm so confused and scared

It could be, but it could be something else as well. I'd the blood amounts are large enough to fill a pad, go to the er and get checked out. If less than that, call your Dr or the answering service and find out if they would like you to go to er or go to the office tomorrow. Hope everything turns out okay. Think positive because it could also be something else.
