Pregnant or MC??

Hi,
I'm new to this community so bear with me. Just need some advice please, so I'll jump into it. (SORRY it's soo long!!)
LMP (regular) was 29th of June. Last dates of intercourse before this was June 8th, 9th and 12th. Should have OV'd the week of the 12th (according to prev menstrual cycle). I felt a little weird mid way through July so I took a test, 6 actually. They came back negative (around July 18th-22nd). Took another on July 25th, faint positive so I took another the next day  (25th) with a positive result as well as a positive digital 1-2week result.

1st OB appt was Aug 5th. Positive result in office. While at the Dr office, I had slight cramping that turned into full sharp pains on my left side and lower back by the time I got home (within an hour). Hot tea and a heating pad for 2 hours or so and I felt much better. A little lightheaded and sweating a lot but after about another hour or so, I was fine. Fast forward 3 days (Saturday morning Aug 8th) I started bleeding heavily & bright red with little to no cramping initally. Went to the ER, was given preg test (blood) tested positive with HCG being 479. Did a vaginal u/s but didn't  see sac or baby (obviously). Told me that I was having MC,  my HCG would start going down and take pain meds if I had pains.

Went to OB that Mon (10th), got U/S still didn't see anything but still bleeding and started having pains again so I went to the ER, had blood work done HCG was 875. Advised that I could've been really early that is why nothing was seen on U/S but levels are rising so just wait it out & have levels checked Wednesday (12th). Had HCG checked on the 12th came back 1343. Was told even though they aren't doubling it's still good. Have them checked again on Mon and go to see OB. So I went Mon a.m HCG was 2560 went get U/S, still, nothing! Was told they don't know what's going on so referred me to a high risk Dr as well as continuing to see them and get HCG Wed. I forgot, so I had drawn today after my U/S with H.R Dr. (who only see a little blood in my uterus still nothing else) Numbers came back at 3208 and was told I should consider either getting a D&C or meds to help me "flush the remaider of the problem away so that I don't have to worry how long or when it will finally complete itself" or I could just wait it out and come get another U/S in a week.

I advised I wanted to wait so I was referred back to my OB for same day appt and told to get some blood work done. Went to my OB and was basically told they don't see anything in there so my numbers don't mean anything. They should start going down in a few weeks but scheduled an appt for tomorrow to see if anything is in my tubes (which I voiced was my concern from my ER visit up until now!!) So now im waiting... and it's KILLING me! Has anyone been through a similar situation and what was your outcome??

Thank you ladies! I've been told it COULD be a blighted ovum (??) or m/c. Numbers have only gone up to 5474. I went to the OB Aug 31st and got an U/S. Sac now visible, but no baby was "clearly identifiable". I've had some extreme pain yesterday and today with nausea also a little lightheaded so I went to the er yesterday. I was given tylenol and scheduled for an U/S tomorrow (Thursday). We'll see what happens..

Well early on in this pregnancy when my numbers was like yours they couldn't see anything in my uls either so I would wait. The fact your numbers are doubling is a very good thing. Try to wait before taking anything if it won't harm you. Give it another week. This happened to me minus the bleeding and then two weeks later I had a clear positive....God bless you and your situation good luck

I was in a situation simlar to yours just wasn't bleeding. I had multiple ultrasounds and no baby. I was diagnosed with a blighted ovum. Try to google it and see if you think that coukd be it.
