Prenatal vitamins without fish?

Can anyone recommend a good prenatal vitamin over the counter that doesn't contain fish? I'm allergic to fish and I can't find any prenatal vitamins without it.

You should try a GMC store they have many different types some with and some with out or just take each supplement within the prenatal pill separately without the fish oil either way would work fine i was doing tht and im now 35weeks with a healthy baby boy on the way... But other wise just as ir doctor or local pharmacist. But good luck.

I am vegan (no animal products) & I take Prenatal One by Rainbow Light. I began taking them at 6wks & In my first trimester they made me very nauseous. I switched to taking them in the evenings & that helped a lot! I also take a supplement from wholefoods for DHA omega-3's that is completely fish free - it's from algae. I take that pill in the AM & it gives me no problems :-)

I use the walgreens brand and have had a very healthy pregnancy... and I take one before bed so I don't get sick to my stomach all day

Not sure if they contain fish but you can take children's vitamins. My sister had a hard time swallowing pills so her doc. Said she can take 2 children's chewables a day. I've also had other friends do this during their pregnancies.
