Primrose oil

I am 35 weeks pregnant and I had my last ultrasound yesterday. The doctor told me my baby is  weighing in the heavier range for babies in that week range. How soon can I start using EPO and how effective is it? I am in a lot of pain have a lot of pain in my back and tail bone. YES I KNOW its too soon to do anything to induce labor but I want to know what my options are as I get closer to my due date... please help!

My water broke at 38 wks.... I also used Raspberry leaf tea. I think the combo of both helped me a lot. I didn't tear, my recovery was great.

EPO is used to soften the cervix and help make labor easier, I used it as early as 30 wks my last pregnancy and plan to do so this time around.
