I'm a beachbody coach so I drink Shakeology. I asked my doctor if I was allowed to continue and she says without a doubt and told me I could use it as my prenatal vitamin. Shakeology is a health shake tho, not a protein shake. Ask your doctor. :)
Try booster juice if you have one in your area!!! Their strawberry sunshine with combo booster is amazing.
