I have it as well and I get all itchy to the point my legs hurt so bad I get up and get in the shower that usually helps me

I've had it really bad pretty much my whole pregnancy. I found out I was anemic a few months back and started taking iron and it really helped. I'd be tested to see if your iron is low.
The only thing that helps my with it is magnesium citrate. I got rls with all three pregnancies but just discovered magnesium in my last pregnancy. I use natural calm, it's a warm drink you take, it helps so much!
I just started with it too. I'm 33 weeks. A friend who has had it forever told me to curl your toes tightly and let them go slowly repeatedly and it stops it. She actually just told me that today so I haven't tried it yet, always happens at night.
I hear yah. I feel the same way. It keeps me up at night. It feels like I have a itch under my knee cap.
