Really worried.

First time mom, 37+1 weeks. Baby is breeched (flexed breech) with head more to the left side and legs to the right, under my ribs. Last two weeks baby girl has been kicking around, and, obviously, it hurts quite a bit, when someone kicks your ribs from the inside. But last days the pain under my ribs don't go away - sitting, touching the place and getting up from bed, or rolling over to other side in bed has been painful. Also got sick 2 days before, no high temperature, but cough and blocked, dripping nose. Today the spot under my ribs hurts even more, have even burning sensation, and baby girl has been very active, had few  waves of backpain, that you get on your period, and I need to go to toilet bit more often than usual (nr1, not 2). My mucus plug hasn't showed, no waters breaking, no contractions that I'd notice. Has anyone been in similar situation (at least about the hurting spot under my ribs, I get worried what if it's not because little one kicked there often, but what if it is something bad/serious, whatever that may be). And I really hope that's just my hormones going crazy, but I get worried, what if my labour starts soon. Not quite ready yet. Have a midwifes appointment friday, so don't want to go  to docs, if I do not feel that it's an actual problem, not just stuff that could be in my head. I do feel very, very weak, exausted,and my throat and spot under ribs hurt quite bad. And little lady does not care, just keeps on stretching around, kicking. :D Any opinions, suggestions? Sorry, if it's probably nothing and I am worried over little things... :/

She could have cratoed one of your ribs. During my last pregnancy I had similar rib pain, my doc said baby could have cracked my rib. I am 32 weeks now and I have some pain this time as well. As for everything else, you could have a cold or your body is just exhausted . Lots of water and Tylenol if the pain gets to bad. How far along are you? I find it amazing how uncomfortable I get during the last week's of pregnancy.  (This is my 3rd). I don't know how you feel about this. But my ribs hurt so bad last week, my doc told me to have a glass of wine to help relax and ease the pain a bit. It was heavily! Good luck mama!
