You can try drinking a glass if water with raw apple cider vinegar in it. Gas is caused by slow digestion. The apple cider vinegar helps break the food down properly so that it doesn't sit in your intestines and cause gas. I drink it almost every morning and it does help compared to the days I forget to drink it. It's not a total miracle, but better than nothing! My fiance's mom is a holistic nurse practitioner and she gave me this advice

Tums and rolaids do work for gas... And it not just for heart burn... Trust me, my grandma has be using them for gas relief for years... I know for a fact they do work for that, now if they will work for you that way who knows but that why I say you should try... I still say try the Sprite cause that works for me... The strong carbonation will help push that gas either up or down and you will soon be able to burp or pass it thru... Good luck!!!

Drink a can of regular coke and lay on your LEFT side. Sounds crazy but it works!

Embrace the gas now.  I am 10 wks 3 days and I have been passing gas since around 5 wks.  I was embarrassed at first but I said forget it, it is normal and very common while pregnant.  Besides it is human nature.  Fart on!!  LOL ;)

Tums/Rolaids are NOT going to cure your gas issue. That is an antacid to relieve heartburn. Unfortunately flatulence (gas) is a problem we all face especially when pregnant.
