Remedies for swollen ankles?
Hi all just checking if anyone has any remedies for swollen calves, ankles and feet? Used to be I only had them at night but last day or 2 they have been the size of balloons
If it's not blood pressure related; watermelon and cucumbers should help.They're natural diuretics and should help get rid of excess fluid
Hi there. Have you called your doctor to report this? You should do that. They will possibly want to check your urine for protein and your blood pressure. So, please let them know about this. Otherwise, it's the usual--- sit with your feet up and drink extra water. But DO call your doctor to make sure this is unrelated to blood pressure. I had this and DID have hypertension. My good friend had this and it was NOT related to blood pressure. we both had to wear our husband's shoes! (such a good look) So, check in and get checked out. good luck
