Rib pain

So my little man insists on putting tons of pressure on my left side/ribs. I try pushing him down but he wont budge lol. I heard that normally boys sit lower in the belly. But I guess not in this case. He causes me so much pain. I can't  sit or lay down without being in pain. And on top of that the heart burn and acid reflux doesn't  make any of this better. Any advice on what to do.. or do I just stick out the pain? Ftm and I'm  29 weeks 4 days

My son was always super lower I really never thought I'd experience kicks to the ribs but boy did I jinx myself he literally lives in my ribs now. Always kicking and pushing off them! Then just the other day I'm assuming he was facing my back because I got the strongest kick to the back of my ribs and it made me jump! I hated it! Felt worse then an actual kick to the front!

I had the same thing with both of my boys!  It is awful.  Either a cold or hot pack ( not too hot ) works well.  I also slept propped up with my arms over my head to relieve the pain.  Or try laying on your right side, and the baby will move to that side.  I also played music...just lay your phone or iPod on your tummy...my boys always moved towards the music.  For heartburn, extra strength gas x worked so well.  Try ice water or yogurt or ice cream.  That seemed to help me!  Hang in there!
