Safe workout moves during 1st trimester

Hello!! I'm a first time mom-to-be and still very early on with my first pregnancy. I've been a little apprehensive about what workout moves are safe to do during 1st trimester. I've read that this early on it should be safe to do just about anything, and just try to avoid over-heating... But figured some advice might be helpful too!! Thanks :-)

My Dr has always told me in the first trimester I can do any workouts that were at my fitness level before the pregnancy. You can do any workouts as long as you don't push yourself harder then you were before the pregnancy.
