Some brown red disharge at 11 weeks

Im almost 11 weeks. A couple days ago there was some brown discharge when i wipe. Its still there. I have no cramps. Mild lower back pain but have had that for awhile b4 this happened . Called my ob on Monday they didnt sound concern enough to get me in sooner just told me it was normal as long as i dont have cramps and a lot of actual blood. My appoitment is tomorrow. I couldnt get it moved up. Im trying to relax but this is nervewracking. I have read a lot of women have had this and everything was fine. So i guess im just asking for myslef has this happened to anyone else and the baby was fine?

Yes it happened to me and all is well.i was just told to take easy and not over exert myself.

Thank you!!!!! My apt is tmr at 2. I still feel pregnant. Still peeing all the time. Tired & hungry. So i have a good feeling. It just freaked me out cuz it never happened with my first. I have been just realxing even called into work cuz i have job that is hard on the body. But thank you again. It really does help.
