Stomach hurts..

I'm 31 weeks pregnant and my stomach hurts like I'm full and I've eaten too much but I haven't. Anyone else go through this? Could it be because my belly is still growing??

I've been carrying high my whole pregnancy & it doesn't seem to matter how little I eat these days, I always feel over full & uncomfortable. It makes me short of breath & I can't even think about laying on my back for more than a few moments. I'm 39 weeks & SO ready to have my baby in my arms & my own body back!

I know how you feel I am 30 weeks. I have days when my stomach growls because I am so hungry but I don't want to eat because my stomach feels so full already.  I had this happen when with my 1st pregnancy & the only thing I know to do is eat a lil something like a piece of fruit or granola bar so you are least putting a lil something in your stomach. Then when that full feeling goes away enough then you eat a bigger meal.

It could be the weight of the baby pulling down on you and the fact that you are in the rapid growing stage of pregnancy. Every thing is going to stretch and pull because the baby is picking up more and more weight as you get closer to delivery. But this is just my guess. I don't remember having belly pains toward the end.

It could be cuz ur stomach is getting squished.  I'm only 16 wks and I've had to change my eating habits these last few days cuz I get this full feeling like my stomach is sore as well when I eat normally, so now I'm eating smaller portions and that feeling went away.  just another pregnancy woe...
