I use a product called waxeline. It's an amped up version of vaseline. I am 37+3 pretty small pre - pregnancy and have a big belly now! So far I have no stretch marks... works wonders for me!

You can minimize, not so much get rid of.  Cocoa butter is awesome, but I've found that the smell bothers me during this pregnancy.  I went to a maternity store and found a "honey" scented body butter that I really like.  So far so good.

Nothing u use will get rid of stretch marks, maybe at best make it not so noticeable, but once u get them, they're there for life, unless u get some sort of surgical treatment done.  I use coconut oil to keep my belly moiaturized, but I'm already screwed so I don't expect to just make my stretch marks go away.  Oh well, I don't care..lol.
