Swollen

can anyone offer tips or anything other than drink water and watch sodium intake to ease swelling? I have it going from my calves all the way to my toes. I've already been diagnosed with preeclampsia so I've been told to monitor it and watch what I eat and drink a ton of water which I am doing, but just propping my feet up is offering little relief. Ftm 24 weeks.
Thank you!

I just bought a box of dandelion tea today, I asked my doctor and she said I can try it. I'm planning drinking one cup a day.  It's bitter but drinkable,  I tried to sweeten it with honey.  Drinking and elevating my feet doesn't work for me, and I'm at a point where it's difficult to walk,  my knees and half of my tights are swollen,  not to mention my face. I haven't noticed any difference after one cup, maybe it'll take a few days to work.

Soaking them in cool water or even putting ice packs for a little helped me. I tried to put my feet up as much as I could. Even if it was just for 5 mins between things that it had to do. At night I religiously had my feet up before bed.

I was preeclamptic during my last pregnancy as well and my Dr always said just prop up legs. Didn't work nor did soaking my feet. There were times I would put on my tightest sneakers and wear them all day just so I didn't swell
