Symptoms questions

Hi,

I'm 5.5 weeks pregnant with my first. I have all the text book symptoms waves of light nausea day and night, sore breasts and they have def got massive and heavy very quickly as I am quite small to start with and have terrible fatigue.

Thing is I don't feel these symptoms everyday. Is that normal? I do feel tired everyday and sore breasts but the nausea comes and goes and I have not physically been sick. I have another 1.5 weeks till my first scan to know everything is ok.
Do I need to be concerned not having symptoms all the time?

I didn't have symptoms all the time. And now I'm 10 weeks 4 days and most of my symptoms are gone except for feeling nauseous the odd time or sore boobs when I sleep. It's normal for symptoms to come and go. With my first I had nothing so this time I feel more pregnant with my symptoms.
