TMI: Diarrhea & Labor
So, I always knew when my period was coming bc I would get diarrhea a week before it came. I'm just curious if this will be the case as I approach labor.
My diarrhea was never bc of things I ate it was bc of the hormonal changes that were about to happen.
Those of you that are incredibly in tune with your body, did you notice any recognizable signs (to you, not your doctor) prior to your first labor?

with my first I woke up with contractions and I had diarrhoea. its your body clearing out so when you push you have less chance of pooping!
I had that before my period to. the pain was so bad I also vomited during...I wonder if that happens during pregnancy

Yes. My 1st it was like my body did a cleanse b4 I went into labor.
