TMI alert!! diarrhea
I am 37 weeks and 4 days. I had some constipation for a couple weeks and then all of the sudden diarrhea for 2 days and nausea. Anyone have similar syptoms? I have read it could mean labor is a day or two away and that your body is removing things to prepare for labor. Did anyone have these symptoms and then go into labor soon after? I am also having some cramping and lower back pain.
Thanks everyone :) Symptoms have gone away, but still no baby. No other signs of labor. Guess I just have to sit back and relax. Sigh...
Im 34+6 and i use to be constipated but the further I get in the pregnancy I noticed my bm are more frequent. And multiple times a day maybe it is natures way Of cleansing

Could be pre term labor.
