I was getting it a lot too.. now my pain is more frontally located. I stretch it out on hands and knees doing cat cow.. I read it really puts baby in the right position. Also, if you have a birth ball it might help to sit on that and swivel your hips. If you dont, try using a pillow to keeps your hips higher then your legs.
You could have pelvic girdle pain, pain which can happen in your hips and bum.i have it all in the front.google it and check the symptoms. Dont over do it and get plenty of rest if u do have it. A pregnancy hormone called relaxin causes it and makes your pelvic joints and hips unstable and the pain tends to be worse when in bed.go easy!

Yes I have the same problem.You are working out those areas. It's mainly just the extra weight pressing on the area. Try stretching it out or have someone help you stretch it out. Then put a warm compress on it.
