Tailbone, knee and calf pain.

Tailbone hurts when i seat on solid seat or seating for a while, even more when getting up and walk. Knees hurt even when laying down. Also feel like I'm about to get a cramp, or like I'm freezing, in real cold weather. Does it happen to anyone else?

Taking potassium or eating bananas should help with knee pain and muscle cramps. My tail bone hurts too but I found if I change position or chairs frequently then it isn't as bad. Walking also helps me.
