Hi,

Both my pregnancies were extremely different in terms of EVERYTHING- morning sickness, weight gain, appetite, pregnancy problems etc. I have 2 daughters, but both pregnancies were totally different. Each person's body reacts differently to each pregnancy so the chances are you may see differences in this pregnancy compared to your first one. Having said that, I think tiredness is pretty common during any pregnancy.

I was not tired in first pregnancy, first trimester.
ok. like I said, each pregnancy is different so maybe this is how your body is responding to the second pregnancy. If it concerns you too much, take a look at your diet and daily schedule as well - are you doing a lot of physical work that tires you out? maybe ask your gynecologist too
