Threatened miscarriage

Hi I'm 26 years old and I am 9 weeks 2 days pregnant with my second child. I went to the hospital yesterday for stomach pain which I believe to be a hernia because I had the pain right after I had my son. Its a pinching pain next to my belly button and it will hurt for a couple of hours and then it will be gone for a month or ago. Anyway I went to get it checked out and the doc said he couldn't do anything about it because rays would be involved and it could hurt the baby. So I got my first ultra sound and the baby looked great heart beat was awesome and it was the right size. So when we were waiting for my blood, urine and ultra sound results my doc said that everything came back good EXCEPT that I have a 14 mm tear between my uterus and placenta and that I have a 50/50 chance of having a miscarriage. I'm also Rh negative so if my baby doesn't have the same blood type and my blood mixes with the babies I will create anti bodies that will attack the baby. I haven't had any vaginal bleeding or out of the normal cramping which the doc said was a good sign. I'm going to try and schedule an obgyn appointment tomorrow or as soon as someone will see me. If anyone has experienced this please let me know how it worked out. I'm obviously freaking out right now but trying to stay as calm as possible. Thank you.

I will pray for you...im also 26 working on my second and im rh negative as well....We are at a higher risk for miscarriage but the shot should help us.....i however dont know how far i am....this app says 5 wks my last period was on November 25....i have an appointment tomorrow....did they tell you how far along you were through blood? A short stoey for you....this should give you hope....my sister in law was about 3 1/2 months pregnant and feel down a few flight of stairs and broke her leg at the knee and shattered the bone at the ankle.....Had to have surgery to have a steel rod put in!! Was on strong meds and everything and the baby was fine through all of it!! I know this has nothing to do with you hernia but i just want you to be strong and have faith in yourself and your baby!!! I think your going to be just fine....god gives his biggiest battles to his strongest children
