My sister told me to do the kegel exercise with my first pregnancy so that wouldn't happen I didn't believe it at first until the first time I sneezed... I started doing the exercises and it worked...never did I have that happening again through the rest of my pregnancy.. Now gonna do them with this one too..try it! It works

Lol...I did that, leaving Walmart a few days ago. A lot of times I don't wear a panty liner but that day I did and vowed to never leave the house without one. I was having a sneeze attack that just wouldn't stop. So I accidentally leaked myself 4 times. You aren't alone mama.
