Umbilical chord around the neck

I had my 34th week growth scan yesterday. They found one loop of umbilical chord around the neck of baby. Though Doctor didn't show any concern and found it absolutely normal but I am worried . She just asked me to track the movements of baby. Next follow up is after two weeks but no scan . Now whole pregnancy I will be in stress until another scan .

My understanding after talking to multiple Doulas, midwives and my Dr. Is the cord wrapped around the neck is okay in babies as they do not breath air through their throat, they get oxygen through the cord. Th concern happens when the cord gets a kink in it because that can block off the oxygen through the cord.
So as long as there was no kinks- the Dr is not really going to be concerned. Chances are your baby will move later tonight and the cord will no longer be around the neck anyways.

I would be super stressed too. If you feel any change I would go straight to the ED (but that's just me) 2 weeks would feel too far away for me.

Same here .. I am continuously tracking movements but whenever I am busy doing something, I don't feel anything . It's so stressful .
