Update & Question

Yay!  So yesterday was my first apt and I was able to get an ultra sound, to see my baby and the heart beat. I'm so relived. The last pregnancy I had I ended with miscarriage at 6w+5d. I'm going to be 8 weeks tomorrow. The doctor however said there is a small bleed in my uterus and said about on average 80% of woman have this issue. He says it should just clear up on its own but until then no physical activity and no picking up anything heavy. Have any of you had this issue?  Also when I sneeze my lower abdomen tightens so tight and hard and its painful for like 10 seconds is that something I should worry about bc to me it feels like I'm straining my body like the dic said not to do.

the doctor said we can still have sex but I just have to lay there and do no work haha the doctor said that its not a tear but the bleeding is from when implantation took place and it's a little bit left over although I am NOT having any vaginal bleeding. He said I can be on my feet it's totally fine just no strenuous activity no getting my heart rate up and no picking up anything heavy. I'm due june 1st. I hope for a girl and have her in May is daddy's birthday is in May!  :)

Same thing happened to me at 6 weeks. I had to take it easy for a while. Around 8 weeks my tear healed on its own. I'm now 9 weeks and everything is good. I'm due may 25th.
