Did you ask the doc? Who did your first c-section. There will be notes in your file if there are any concerns.

Hey I'm on my second pregnancy.  I had a emergency c section on my first. I hoping to have a vaginal  birth this time around.
I hope I can because I think the recovery is quicker and that's what I need with a toddler  running around.
If you feel a c section would suit you better this time I think you should  have one.
Do you have to decide now or can you take a few weeks to think and then decide?

It is definitely less recovery time and not a major surgery. I wouldn't be scared, especially if there has been enough time since your last lo was born.
