Vicks Vaporub

Hi. Is Vicks Vaporub safe for ise during the first trimester? Been using it for my morning sickness (rubbing it almost all over my head); then my allergologist told me that it has camphor and she is not sure if it really is that safe to use. After telling this info to my OB, she said it might be best to notbuse vicks anymore.

My doc says tiger balm is safe, for headaches, nasal issues and others pains.
