What are the possibilities that my foetus still have a heartbeat?

My LMP was on 14 Sep 2013. Am about 6 weeks & 6 days pregnant. I have been spotting brown since 7 Oct to date. I went to see my private gyne on 29 Oct Tue, he couldnt detect any fetal pole & yolk sac. He told me to come back in a weeks time & prescribed me with Utrogestan. On 30 Oct Wed, I had this intense cramping that woke me up from my sleep. The feeling is undescribable but there was no bleeding. At night..I had a bit of blood when I wipe using tissue. I got freaked out. My husband rush me to the normal 24hr hospital as my gynae is not 24hrs available. 

I got really pissed off with the on call lady doctor..she did an ultra vaginal scan ( she was meddling with the system for 15 mins looking blur & unsure). She showed me the monitor & I saw my lil bean...i was shocked because the day before it did not appeared on the screen during my check up with my private gynae. I asked her whether theres any heartbeat. She told me she needed a second opnion. I was screaming like a mad woman asking her 3 times. She doesnt know why am I bleeding and according to her there's no blood...she said her machine is not advance enough..so she will sent me to another dept for an ultra scan...i was left hanging...

I asked her again, is it a miscarriage because I saw abit of pink blood..and she said looks like it is but needed a seco d opinion. She kept shaking her head. Please advice...I really do not know what to do now...whether my baby is dead or alive...I am so stressed. My appointment is in 2 weeks time. I just want to move on if its indeed a miscarriage.

Dont stress that will indeed lead the problem downhill. Go to a different hospital. Depending on ur weight/size can factor when a heatbeat is seen and detected. Pinkish/brown blood can be expected that early on in pregnancy bcuz the egg is settling in place and can cause a little bit of linning to shed causing light bleeding. U may not be as far along as u expected. Request a blood test to check ur levels and a repeat to see wether they r goin up or down. Sending prayers ur way.....hope all goes well.

Doctor usual cant see the heartbeat till 7-8 weeks pregnant. Think postive. Good luck x x

I just thought Id tell about when I was 5 weeks I had spotting/cramps. But since it was so early I waited it out. At 10 weeks I had blood. Not just spotting. Dark red,thick blood. Went to dr everything was fine! 
I was sure something would Be wrong! Im 19 wks 2 days now! Everything looks fine they've said

If I were you, id go to another different hospital and tell them the problems you've been having. Get your second opinion sooner then 2 weeks. I couldn't wait that long! Good luck :)

Thank you for your kind words....its gonna be 2 long weeks for me...even though I hope for the best, I am prepared for the worst. Been trying to conceive for almost a year..I thought I am infertile due to a history of PID about 9years ago...my first baby..

I was really excited when I got a BFP...but worried about ectopic pregnancy..now when doctor confirmed my baby is in my uterus..it does not have a heartbeat..I cried myself out yesterday night.
