What is a hood protein powder to use?

I am 13+1 as of today. Last week my doctor and dietician suggested I add a protein shake to my diet because I am having food aversions and don't seem to be eating enough protein. The problem is, neither one told me any specific kind that would be safe during pregnancy and I have read a few articles that certain things in these supplements are not safe for a growing fetus. Are any of you doing any protein shakes and if so, what kind are you using?

10 years ago worn my 1st I would drink pediasure but those have gone up significantly in price since then. With#3+4 I did muscle milk, but again now they ate like $3 each, so I buy carnation instant breakfast packets. It's like $5 for 10 just add milk. they aren't great but I chug them. Don't substitute meals with them though, it's an add on to your diet

I took B12 1000 mcg, that's a pill though. Nutritional yeast is a substitute for it. You can add to your food.
