I waited until about 18 weeks to tell the general public.  Just work and our parents found out immediately.

We waited with our first pregnancy and it ended in a miscarriage, it was much harder to have to tell people "well we were pregnant..."  This time round we told our immediate family right away and then the rest after our first ultrasound. Congratulations!  :)

I announced it right away with my first two pregnancies.  Then I had two more pregnancies that ended in miscarriage. So this pregnancy I'm waiting till I'm in my second trimester (which starts this week:).
