Yu will not loose the baby. its just not normal to go through this much pain so it's best to see your dr and they might be able to help you ease the pain by not all but some.  It is normal to loose appetite during your first trimester.  It was hard for me b/c i got hungry all the time and i felt very uncomfortable if i don't eat - so i had to try to eat nuts and fruits although it wasn't very filling but better than nothing.

People say that its good to vomit like crazy and go through all the pain you are having because the baby is growing and that's why but it's not always true.  My friend vomited everyday and atleast two times a day for the first 4 months.  She ended up had to terminate the baby b/c they found out the baby has edwards syndrome.  Hope you don't have to work - being pregnant is hard.  I have about 20 days left.

Try hard candies I couldn't eat the first 3 months at all but when I did I only ate salads it was the only thing I can keep down.but I constantly put candies in my mouth like jolly ranchers or Starburst. I drank lots of water, I tried saltines with sprite it was meh  for me. Bit everyone is different. . It will tone down just keep at it

Talk to your doctor mine told me there is a such thing as too much throwing up and can send you to the hospital if it gets too violent and painful. There are mess to help curb the nausea.

I don't think it's very normal for you to go through that kind of pain to the point that you are dying.  Excessive vomiting or stomach pain can cause issue and it's dangerous.  I would go see the dr. right away.  I know someone that got put in bed rest at a hospital from 2 months until delivery.

Okay...mommy of 3 here and let me just start by saying congratulations. You are going through the first stages which let me tell you are one of the hardest stages in pregnancy. This is all VERY NORMAL :) You throwing up is a good sign that your hormone levels are maintaining to keep a healthy pregnancy. I know its extremely hard and intimidating to go through this stage but it will end. I suggest keeping saltine cracker next to your bed and before you even stand up from bed, sit and eat a few. Dont get up for 20 minutes or so. Sip on ginger ale all day. Any fluid that u can keep down is better than nothing. Just stick to bland food. Snack around. Toast, crackers, fruit, whatever u can eat is great. Dont worry if ur not eating a lot right now because baby doesnt need much at this point. The key is to stay hydrated. Sucking on peppermints or hard candy might help curve the nausea. If you get to the point that u cannot hold down fluids at all then let your docter know. Hopefully it will end by 13 weeks. Hang in there hun and remember youre doing a hard job!!! Take care :)
